SARS Operational Manager IT Service Delivery Job Description
Wanted
SARS is searching for an experienced Operations Manager within IT Service Delivery who will be responsible for driving the IT Service initiation process, development of business cases for strategic contracts, user needs analysis and prioritising opportunities.
This role will serve as a contact liaison for technical teams, business owners, procurement, finance, contract management and legal encompassing coordination, communication and proactively ensuring that responses meet deadlines.
Job Purpose
To provide user-facing support processes to facilitate delivery of ICT services & developing, maintaining, analysing data & reporting in order to accomplish required deliverables & business needs whilst ensuring compliance to relevant policies.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) AND 5-7 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 2-3 years ideally at functional specialist level
OR
Senior Certificate (NQF 4) AND Relevant IT Qualification (s) / Certification (s), AND 5-7 years’ experience in a similar environment AND additional requirements specified in Min Functional requirements, where applicable.
