Job Purpose
To research and prepare appeals, review applications, declaratory applications and actions, in the Court of South Africa, to furnish management and branch offices with legal opinions and advice on all Customs and Excise related matters.
Education and Experience
B.Law , LLB and B.Proc (NQF 7) AND 8-10 years’ years’ experience in a Customs & Excise environment , of which 3-4 years ideally at junior management level
