SARS Specialist IT Security (Identity and Access Management) Job Description
About the Position
SARS is looking for Identity and Access Management specialist with experience in support of IBM privileged, identity and access management technologies.
Job Purpose
To provide expert advice and support on Information Security strategies in order to achieve business objectives. Responsible for how users within the organisation are given an identity – and how it is protected, including protection to critical applications, data and systems from unauthorised access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organisation.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) AND 5-7 years’ experience in IT Security environment, of which 2-3 years ideally at functional specialist level.
ALTERNATIVELY
Senior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 10 years related experience.
